THE LONDON DJANGO COLLECTIVE
was born out of the desire to create a local and innovative forum for musicians influenced by the musical legacy of Django Reinhardt. The Collective remains in the spirit of Django, whilst pushing the genre of Gypsy jazz forward into the vibrant London jazz scene.
The Collective self released 5 EPs over 2019 and 2020, each showcasing a different musician in the band and their original composition style. Volume 1-5 is now available as a digital album.
