Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship worldwide.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

At the moment we use the UK postal service. Mostly this is due to the cost of couriering small items from the UK. We are looking into offering more options when they become economically viable. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

CDs are normally shipped on the same day. Occasionally the day after the ordered was received. Very occasionally, when we are either on tour, or during holidays the order will be shipped on the first day the office reopens. Occasionally we will be able to send orders from the tour. Approximate delivery times are… UK 2-3 working days… EU 4-7 working days… other 7-10 working days

Where is Lejazzetal Records based?

The Lejazzetal and Lejazzetal Records office is currently in London UK, and we fulfil most orders from here. We also have satellite offices holding a small amount of stock in Paris France and Venice Italy so European orders will be fulfilled from there. The office of Take a Sideways Glance Media also is in London

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation by email. You will receive another mail notifying you when the order is shipped.

What packaging do you use to ship orders?

If you buy direct from the label the CD is dispatched wrapped in a layer of biodegradable bubblewrap underneath completely recyclable, biodegradable, 100% recycled brown paper. We’re still experimenting with packing tape but just started using solvent-free, 100% recycled.

Payment Information

Can I combine multiple coupon codes together in one order?

Unfortunately, you cannot combine coupon codes on orders at this time. You can only enter one coupon code in the box and apply this to your order total. The coupon box can be found below the small CD thumbnails on the left in the cart. Simply enter your code to apply it to your order total. Please note, we cannot apply a coupon to an order that has already been placed.

How do I apply a coupon?

After you’ve added your item to the cart, go to the cart and you will find a COUPON CODE field below the small CD image(s) on the left. Enter your coupon code and press APPLY COUPON 

I forgot to use my coupon code – can you apply it to my order?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to apply a coupon or discount to the order total. The quickest way to resolve this issue is to cancel your order so you can start again and apply your coupon code to the order total. Why has my payment declined?

First of all, you should double-check the information you’ve added is correct. The most common reason for a declined payment is entering details incorrectly. If you know that your payment method is valid but your payment doesn’t go through, you might want to check with your provider directly to understand why it has happened. To provide the safest online payment services, the internal security systems of your payment providers review every payment before it’s approved. Occasionally, they may stop a payment. When a payment is stopped, it’s not a reflection of you or your account activities, but rather your payment provider has noticed a pattern associated with higher-than-normal risk. If this happens multiple times, you’ll be locked out from placing an order for a short time. We advise waiting 24 hours before placing the order again.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can pay using either of these methods. 1. Through Paypal direct from your Paypal account or with any linked to your Paypal account. 2. Direct payment to our bank account

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply find the product page you want. Choose the format you want in the drop down below TYPE OF PRODUCT. Chose the quantity next to the ADD TO CART button then press ADD TO CART. If you’ve finished shopping go to your cart, add any coupons you have and press PROCEED TO CHECKOUT when you’ll be asked for address and payment details. The rest is simple.

What is your returns policy?

If your order meets our returns policies, you may cancel or return your products at any time up until the later of 14 days after you receive the products or 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you. We’ll refund the shipping. However, unless they are defective, we cannot accept returns. If you think a CD is defective please try it on a number of different players before you contact us. If the packaging has been ruined in transit we take no responsibility. Contact us using the contact form on this site if you feel you have reason to make a return.
